I am just going to ad here the whole conversation i had with this guy here. And i want all those who dealt with me on this business to post here and help me with this guy.

I am going to send the link to my thread to all my skype contacts to have them see this and say what they have to say, hope the ones who bought from me to come here and share their experience with my business.

Here is the story i had with this guy:

- he ordered 10 numbers, i have delivered his numbers. Then he sent me an email saying the numbers don't work, then i did what i do when this happen (which doesn't happen often, i mean if i have 2 clients at 2 weeks with a problem with their numbers its much - so, when problems happen i solve it right away), so, i called the numbers i sent him and i got a message from his telecommunication services company ( which i am going to name here if mods will allow me to do that, this means that the numbers are forwarded.

Another strange thing is that he didn't ask me to verify what is going on, meaning to reforward his numbers again to his forward number or to fix the numbers, he just simly asked me to reforward the numbers to another phone number. This is not how a serious guy would do. And reforwarding to another number its not just like that and its not the solution. Of course, if the usuall solutions (like reforwarding the numbers or fixing it or replacing it or finally refunding) don't work (which never been the case) we reforward on our cost or simply refund clients, but if you guys believe me noone has asked me to refund ever.

I just simply replaced numbers, fixed it, reforward it. But there were not so big problems, because the numbers are good and problems didn't happen. There was some cases, but ery rare and it was solved....

So, i have replied and told him to verify his end and see if he could solve the problem as we checked and we didn't find any problem.

He didn't email back, didn't skype back, he just filed dispute and sent me this weird message you see above by email.

Mods, can i please, ad the emails i exchanged with the guy?

Please, its incredible how someone (could be competition) can ruin someone esle's business.

I have NO connection with USA CELL NUmbers

I humbly ask the mods to take action on this.

Also, i ask everyone who bought from me to share their opinion here, whatever was that.

I am sorry for this long message, sorry if i have misspelled or something, but i am so very ungry of this situation because i tried to offer a good service and numbers to people who needed it.

His number its not entirely revealed because i do not know if i am allowed to do that, but the numbers he bought i put it here so you can guys call and you will see that all go to the same service provider which is something like Magic Something....(probably mods will not allow me to reveal this and i don't want to do free advertising to some companies) Of course, if you call you will see which is that but i have no other choice, and i think the setup of that company doesn't allow this numbers to work for what he bought it for.

I want you guys to know that he didn't tell me what company his number is from. I usually recommend my clients skype and those of you who bought please confirm or not.

I sent you the numbers and they are all working. I could have fixed, replaced or whatever, but you asked reforward to another number and we verified and the numbers were working fine. if you would have said that you checked again and the numbers are simply not working to get the verification code and if you wanted a replacement or a fix or a reforward to the same number you asked in the first place i would have done it as i did for all the other clients who had this type of problems.

You just asked for reforward to another number !!!!! And then disputed!!!

Either way. Going to the extremes of posting someones sensitive information on a forum over some phone numbers is a bit extreme. You should contact paypal if you got scammed. It sucks losing money, but being hotheaded and trying to ruin someones life over 20 bucks is crazy. I'm sure this could be handled more civil

I think this is BS. I have placed and received like 5-6 orders with martin now. Every number worked just fine. I really don't think he has anything to do with ryan the scammer.

This guy is such a moron. I suggest getting rid of him for this nonsense. As for the forward numbers, I literally just ordered 10 three days ago and all worked fine. The plaintiff is a moron, but the defendent doesn't need to over react either. If your business is legit, you'll have no worries from one stupid customer.

I had to post everything i discussed with the guy, sent him his money even if he didn't close the dispute. I wil manage it somehow with paypal.

When someone is crazy, what can yo do?

No worries Martin. You always did me right. Even when a number quit working you took care of it. I think I've purchased 60 numbers from you in the last couple months and they all worked fine. I'll be placing another order with you shortly.

This is the unfortunate thing about online business - jackasses can say anything and make any sorts of claims. I went through a similar case just over a year ago. A guy placed an order and wanted it drop-shipped to his customer. We typically don't have a problem but after searching his name online we found he scammed several people so we refunded his order the very next day. OH MY GOD - this jackass listed 7 reports on ROR saying we ripped him off, he hammered our Facebook pages, filed a complaint with the BBB and AG, filed negative reviews on all our real business local pages and citations. All of this because we refused to ship his order and refunded him the next day. So I know what it's like to deal with complete idiots.

You're best not to respond anymore to his nonsense and ignore anything else he has to say. Bullies love attention and reactions. They thrive on it and the more pissed off they can make you the happier they are. What really pisses them off is when you just ignore their ass and they can no longer get a reaction. That drives them insane.

You got plenty of respectable members of this forum vouching for you and your business. Anyone that takes the word of a newbie over the words of a member like Marusia you don't want as a customer anyways.
