Hey Napster,

A few questions before I buy:

1. Do the domains have a strong Catalogue of backlinks to support the PR? I see a lot of PR3+ domains for sale at DP with 0 backlinks, just checking these aren't the same.
2. Can you confirm that these domains have not been used for blog networks where they may have been deindexed or penalised?
3. Are the domain names relevant to the topic of the website, and are brandable? No generic dhrwgfg.net etc?
4. Can the buyer specify that they get a .com? Are the domains all good TLDs, ie .com/net/org or are some country specific ones like .us/in etc?
5. If I already have an aged domain, how much would you charge to provide the rest of service, the keyword research/site & content creation etc?

Hi,

You can open a free account in godaddy. I will push the domain for free. Then you can transfer from goadddy to namecheap. I do have a few sites in hand that is built and ready. Sometimes I dont have a domain. I will buy it, then build the site...

1. The domains have good backlinks... I dont take domains with no authority in SEOMOZ's Open Site Explorer. There will be authority only if the site has quality backlinks.
2. No, these domains have not been used for blog networks or penalized. They are bought and used only for this purpose...
3. Yes. Domain will be relevant to the niche... No generic domains unless client requests it... (Sometimes client will ask for particular niche site. If I don't have domain in that niche, I will use generic domain with client's permission)
4. I use .com, .net and .org only for these sites. I dont use any other extensions... Buyer can give the preference. But I will give .com domain only if I have it.. If not, I will deliver .org or .net...
5. I dont split the service. Sorry..

The design perfectly matched the niche, the articles are informational, relevant to the search term and definitely something people would sit down and actually read. The site is very well put together, and the report that came along with it is very clean and to the point. The CPC, domain age, SEOMoz authority, search volume all exceeded my expectations. To give an example, some of my keywords had $32 CPC! I also received login info for a twitter + facebook account that I didn't even know I was going to get, so that was a pleasant surprise. (report mentioned that twitter and fb followers will be added soon)

I am very pleased with this service and if anyone is still deciding whether to try it or not, I say go for it. So far, it's unlike any other site building service I've ordered in the past, I am actually excited to start my SEO campaign on this one.

Since this is an honest review, I do have to mention something that confused me. The on page seo for all the inner pages is superb. However, the keywords for my homepage do not seem to be mentioned anywhere on the page. I am a bit baffled by this but perhaps this was done as a way to retain authority from the previously aged website.

Conclusion (9.5/10)

The website I received exceeded my expectations and did not make me feel as if it was put together through an assembly line (even if it was ). It is the first time I am actually excited to SEO a site that was not built by me as the quality rivals some of my very own sites. I will report back here in a month or 2 about my progress, but for those still deciding, try it. You won't regret it.

Other than this there was a surprise gift of a facebook page (with 1500 likes) and twitter profile (with 7000 followers).

Overall I am very happy. The next stage is SEO. I think I will try to do it (bookmarks+retweets+web2.0). If I am not that successful I will try OP's SEO packages which I like as well.

I calculated that if I get #1 position (40% CTR) in google for each keyword then I should make around 500 USD per month (US users) to 1000 USD per month (global users)
If I get only first page ranking in google (2% CTR) in google for each keyword then I should make around 25 USD per month (US users) to 50 USD per month (global users).
