Any chance on helping me pick at least a plan for the 4m visits per month? Also, is there a affiliate plan or Reseller package? I'm looking for something dependable for a few clients ...

Edit: The traffic comes from Adwords and around 24 Other Networks so the load time for the HTML sites has to be around 5 seconds or less. If you can also work with me to optimize some of my wordpress sites to run optimal for high traffic, then I'd be even more happier to buy. Thanks for the help in advance.

I don't know what happened with this kid in the last few months but I have had customer service from hookers on meth. I pay but it TAKES FOREVER to get my site online.

Did you try their online chat window? Guess what?! You're talking to some 14 year old in Cambodia.

They don't have a subscription link for payza so I have to pay manually every month. But forget it if you miss a payment. I've experienced more then 25% downtime in the last 3 months due to their incompetence. I pay in good faith and wait for days for a response while I lose customers as I watch my website stay down.

I have a very, very simple site with one email address. Can you just imagine the garbage that you'll go through with yours?

I could rant here for another hour but I'd rather pick up the dog s@#t in the backyard.

I highly suggest you stay away from this host and if you're currently hosting then get out now!

Oh, and here's the best part. I paid (like I do every month) and wait a few days while crossing my fingers for someone to put my site back online as I lose customers daily. Although this time I decided to open a ticket through their support asking for them to put my site back online.

Their solution? Take a guess....

1. Respond saying they'll look into it.
2. Respond and re-enable the account (because I paid days ago)
3. A template response saying that someone will review it and get back to me.
4. A confirmation that payment was received.

The Ruska Host Response: Close the support ticket with no response. Keep my website down but keep my money also. WTF kind of service is that, djeuro?

Just to keep everyone up to speed: Ruskahost suspended my account for non-payment (fair). They don't have a subscription link for payza so I have to pay manually every month.

I paid on October 19th and opened a ticket requesting them to re-enable it.
Ruskahost did not respond and closed the ticket (website still down).
I re-opened the same ticket on October 22nd (website still down).
Ruskahost did not respond and closed the ticket (website still down).

So, a week later:

I have no response from this company
They are blantantly ignoring me by closing support tickets without a response
They have no problems my money
My website is still down

All I ever wanted to someone to simply re-enable my website hosting plan. If I'm going through HELL trying to get this done just imagine how they'll treat you.
