I've just received my order and overall I'm quite happy with the service. The articles were surprisingly well written and they clearly took the time to understand what our website does. All of the articles are different and are totally relevant. I'm very impressed by this aspect.

The video was also better than expected. While it was a simple video involving a bunch of images, it was all directly related to my site and overall was great.

I will let you know how this goes in terms of the SERPS in a few days.

Received my report from an order on 03 August. My take on it:

1) The reporting was thorough - not some 'secret sauce that we cannot reveal', but instead a detailed result by result detailing of exactly what was done.
2) The web 2.0 were on a combination of DF/NF - the quality was original content 3*+ and had no hints of spinning
3) The linking within the web 2.0 were varied - instead of always putting the same link in the same sentence/paragraph, there was variety of placement
4) The contextual links were decent comments on pages with fairly low OBL's

Suggestions for making this even better:
1) Add some images to the web 2.0
2) Add some authoritative outbound links mixed with the money site links
3) Give an option to only have web 2.0 pointing to money, with everything else tiered below the web 2.0 (for those who are looking for max web 2.0 power and not money site diversity)
4) Aiming the blog posts / contextual on a site relevant to the topic would be handy
5) Allow more URL / Keyword combinations to be used

Overall, I'm very pleased with the service. It's a huge step up from the mass spin and spread web 2.0 services which have sprung up, and is high enough quality that a human reader wouldn't think badly of the content/links built. Am waiting to see how the rankings change before deciding just how many more to order for other projects, but, based on the quality of work, I'm expecting a nice return on my investment.
