I"m missing something I guess. I just want to know what are benefits for me if I buy a package.

Pinterest definitely benefits with a large number of pins but that is not the only method

Even if a few pins go viral, it would benefit the site in a huge manner

Moreover, since the recent Panda and Penguin updates, links from Pinterest and other social media sites are being favored a lot by Google

The links from Pinterest add a great deal of diversity to the other link building methods adopted already by people for their website

50 Pinterest Pins would definitely add to the link diversity if the site has lesser number of links. The websites which have more links already, would need more pins to diversify their link building pattern.

The Scrapebox blast and pings are being done to the Pinterest Pin URLs and not to your money site
