No response - No words regarding my order which is placed on 22nd Dec 2012

In your sales thread, It shows "It will take 7 days time to complete any package under normal circumstances" Its almost around 30 days. I don't want to spoil your reputation here. If you couldn't deliver the work in next 24 hours then refund my money back!
