will order in a week or so when my serps are settled a bit. For non english KW, would it be good to have diversity anchors like "read more", "click here" etc translated in the same language as KWs to look more natural? or English is fine ?

Will wait for your order. I think it is alright to use traditional anchor texts as you pointed out since the content that is used is in English.
