I placed an order for 100 Web 2.0 Sites from Veheme here... I was pretty picky - only certain platforms, specific requirements etc. Veheme was very accomodating all throughout the process and complied completely with my requests. All web 2.0's were delivered very quickly (few days if I recall) with all unique content on them including pictures, profiles, about me pages, customizations etc.
Not only that but even AFTER Veheme had completed my work and I accepted it I asked him for help with some of the Web 2.0 properties and promptly received it. One month later my web 2.0 properties are 100% live

Hi, in that case, don't buy the NETWORK, instead, buy only the Pogiboy package as that will have no IBL

Got my report a few days ago. Awesome work! 49 out of 50 blogs are live...that's a great success rate if you ask me. My success rate with software like Ultimate Demon and SeNuke is usually 60% if I'm really lucky.
The best part about these blogs is that they look like they have been created by a real person. You can tell the content is spun (this is mentioned in the sales thread), but it's still decent quality. More than good enough to keep the blogs from being deleted in my opinion.
Overall, I definitely recommend this service if you want to save time setting up your Web 2.0 network!
