Hi, Basically your saying that if a site did manage to suffer from using this - you can change the links and google wont see this as bad?

For some reason if you dropped in rank or get a penalty and you were 100% sure it was the links you could delete them or change the anchor text as we give you the login details to the web 2.0/article properties. On most PR sites, you can't edit the link once it is published.
