I've been paying for Vitarank ($250 montly) for 4 months now. From August - Now.
I've checked the spreadsheet and the only update was on September 12th. I paid for the service since Aug 25th, so really there's only been half a month of work done so far.
This is really disappointing and i hope this will be rectified ASAP.
I want timestamped evidence that work has been done between September - 25th November or I want a refund for the 3 months.

I hope you guys aren't scrambling to make links now because it'll cause more harm than good. You asked me to add you on skype an hour ago and I accepted it immediately. I'd just like to have a conversation to rectify this.

Spoke to Lukas, everything is being resolved. Apparently I need to submit a ticket every month in order to keep this thing going.
Very professional, and has offered to provide a refund for the unutilized months. I'm continuing the service, but getting a refund for 2 months first.

We decided customers should submit a ticket every month because there were quite a few cases where we had complaints that we used the same Site and Keyword combination when they wanted to use a different one

You are saying that you bought our package 2 weeks ago and you haven't seen results yet, your order was probably completed a few days ago so give it some time.
Also please add me or Luka on Skype maybe there is an issue with your website... The last few clients who complained about results had horrible On-Page SEO and their pages were spammed with comments, and there were also other issues.

It seems that I was targeting one of the most competitive keyword and that is very difficult with a low budget... that was the main problem, because the other keywords that I choose worked very well!
Anyway, I like to say that this service is great and have very good support!

We do offer discounts for larger orders, even though we regularly post Discount Coupons for 10-15%, just contact us on Skype

I'm using VitaRank + one other service for one of my client's sites right now. His SERP rankings have improved enormously. I couldn't say that it's solely because of VitaRank, but I think that they certainly played a part.
All in all, my experiences with VitaRank have been very positive. Luka and George are very easy to communicate with and I've only ever seen improvement in my sites (even if small) after using them. If you're looking for reliable SEO, VitaRank is one of my go-to's, and I expect they will continue to be.
