Depends on what you consider white hat seo...We do add a ton of diversity to make it as natural as possible, etc.

These are very important and REQUIRED for proper SEO and are a must if you want proper SEO and to have good rankings

Yes you may provide us 1 Long tail if you wish for your 4th keyword.

So total 3 keywords + 1 Longtail Hope this clears things up now.

I'll keep everyone posted on my serps, currently i'm on the first page for my main keywords (pos. 5 and 6) and I'm happy with the results so far. You can expect an update in a few weeks time.

I checked some of the articles and links/bookmarks etc and they checked out just fine. I've yet to go through the report thoroughly but from what I've seen it's very clear and well done, the team have done a great job so many kudos to them.
