Luka offered me a review copy of this brilliant service and I must say I'm really impressed with what they've done.
The weebly site I got looked really good and natural.. not the usual spammy look at all.

The features this service comes with are excellent and I've been doing something like this myself and I can tell you it works great.
Social signals, quality content, authority... you've got it all covered.

I want to talk about support here too... Luka and George would go above and beyond to answer all your pre-sale questions and to solve all your post-delivery concerns.

I haven't noticed any SERP movements but guess my keyword is quite competitive and I'm sure it will improve with time... SEO is a long term game and you should remember that.

Overall, I strongly recommend this service... The price is nuts for the quality you're getting here.

First and foremost this service is focused on SERP rankings which are loosely related to PageRank - PR certainly isn't needed for SERP changes, PR also updates once every so often (roughly 3 months), is a lot harder to change than SERP and why would we do SEO on our own site when we are direct to consumer through various sales channels? Read the reviews of happy clients that's more than proof enough!

Does this work with HTML5 sites?

Google crawlers do not yet support the full array of HTML5 mark-up so while most content can be understood some will be missing. This service focus on off-site SEO which will build you up regardless of your on page content (but obviously the better your content the better the impact).
