I've checked from my end and everything seems to be working fine.
Please login to the members area and click on "add/renew subscription".
After you've paid, you can submit your details using the link I've just sent you via PM.

For now, we're not accepting sites that have foreign language anchor texts. English anchors are okay.
If your site is in French, we can accept it only if your anchor texts are in English (very unlikely, I know).

Ouch! I was trying to get through but keep getting error 404. I guess now I know why. You should take me in since I've been on this thread since the beginning but I'll understand if you can't take orders then you can't.
