To answer your question - YES and NO.

What this means is you should maintain the accounts properly to keep them alive. General rules are 3:1 Ration (meaning NO MORE than 3 accounts per 1 IP), but the safest is 1:1 ratio.

If you have done that, and we confirm the accounts are not good, then we will replace them.

Also if you push the accounts too much (meaning doing a lot of actions in short period of time), or being careless of the ACC:IP ratio, then the answer is NO.

We're providing quality, and want our customers to be satisfied, but if the customer is not taking proper care of their accounts, that's not our fault by any means.
