Dear BHW Members,

I need to make this post, because we feel responsible for our clients.

It was brought to our attention by 2 customers, that some of their accounts are getting into "Read Only" mode, and therefore they are not able to perform normal tasks.

Although this situation is still under investigation on our side, we've found a fix and we are preparing a tool for our customers that will help them with the unlocking process. This tool however will be delayed because we already have confirmed that Pinblaster bot has an update with an unlocking option, and we've contacted PinPioneer owner rickstar and awaiting confirmation that such option will be added to their bot too. The reason why we don't want to release our own tool first is simple - we are not going to be able to bind your accounts with the same proxies as you've done in the tools you use to promote on Pinterest, and this might do more harm than good.

I would like to thank personally to dakica who took the initiative and notified sodevrom (Vlad from Pinblaster) who updated the software really fast.

Although this is rather an exception for now, we would like to make sure our customers have options in front of them, and meanwhile we will continue to investigate why this is happening, and if it's a problem with the creation process or just another filter from Pinterest itself rolled out to weed out the marketers.

Yes, I can verify that Pinblaster has been updated to handle the issue. I'd also like to thank Pinmasters for answering my PM's in a timely fashion and provide me a update on the issue.

One question I have for Pinterest users. Did any of your account passwords get changed as some of my accounts now give me a failed login message. I'm trying to figure out if they were truly hacked?

Pinblaster has been updated to handle locked accounts. And we've received confirmation that PinPioneer will be updated for this as well. So basically that only leaves Pinpal. If you have accounts that need to be unlocked, and your bot doesn't support it, shoot me a PM, we created an unlocker bot.
