Most of my websites (and client's ones) are stable even after Google penguin update in a procent of 99%. Rest of 1% means 4 websites which danced when update has rolling out. And when I say dancing I'm reffering that website's keywords were up and down (a few spots, not pages) but after 2 weeks they camed back at initial position. So that being said: 99% were intact after Penguin update and just a few websites danced a little bit but after 2 weeks all 4 got back dominating the niche.
