I don't have any staff working on the weekends which is why you had not yet received any conformation to the changes you sent on Friday - I got your PM and we are setting up the changes to your campaign and starting to run the analysis which will take some time due to your extensive list of keywords
Your campaign is barely two weeks old and you are competing on highly competitive keywords with a low authority site, I imagine the down you are experiencing is the dance nearly all my clients see before they spike up - but based on your niche you can't expect results over night. If you have any concerns feel free to contact me and I can discuss our strategy and a time projection with you in further detail

Thanks for the reply. Just was concerned since I didn't hear anything. Ill probably send you an e-mail this week on it, as more than anything I want to see what your thoughts are on it. I know its very competitive so it isn't the easiest thing to rank for. Thanks!

Not a problem at all, the niche will take a lot of work for movement and therefore a solid ground work to ensure we don't see any penalties which is our top priority as we build - I look forward to your email!

Important Notes:
1. Our office will be closed this weekend from Fri-Monday (Open again on Tuesday) due to the Canada Day long weekend. We will have one support team member on duty for emergencies only. We apologize for the inconvenience.
2. Currently our reporting solution is having major technical difficulties. I am working with the service provider to resolve these but until further notice new accounts will not get reporting with their packages. Manually monthly reporting will be provided to old clients, however some old clients will only get current standings as opposed to historical standings. We are moving to a new reporting solution to avoid such problems in the future.
3. All plans will see an expanded effort in the social signals as well as custom content side of things. New plans start at the price of $377 a month. Along with this though we are able larger packages, custom white-label solutions and will soon be rolling out a "Jolt Lite" package that will provide only the basics of these campaigns and include link reporting.

winchester, i have a site that has been slapped for the past 2 and half months. I still do regular SEO works on the site but it seems it never helped the site. What would you recommend before i start using your service?
1. create a totally new site and forget this one
2. create a new site and do the famous 301 redirect from the old site to the new one

I'm going to level with you, while sites CAN be recovered from the slaps it takes longer and will end up costing you more. You need to evaluate how valuable this website is to you and what it is worth to save it. In a perfect world my service will work far BETTER on a brand new clean site that is only using this service and no other type of SEO; however we will work to save you from Penguin/Panda and have had great results but you have to realize they take a few months.
All in all I'm not here to take your money, just to have you succeed and while I hope that is with my service I'm not going to promise you the world in order to get your business, I'm going to tell you exactly how it is.
If your site is low income then sign up to my service with a new one, if it's large income worth saving or represents a brandname or company so you can't really change it then that's fine to but expect it to take longer than your average SEO campaign.
