It can be very easily answered:

Not my site, it's a clients. In fact the whole *purpose* of purchasing this G-Garlic package was to see the effect of Off-Site SEO on SERP movement, which well and beyond exceeded expectations.

The next phase is for me to write a formal audit of quote requests to the Web Developers (I will bill my client to write this report), manually amend the on-site SEO in particular Microdata assuming the quote of my requests are within my client's budget. Things like adding tracking on pages for conversions need to be implemented so this is a multi-step process.

(I know some of my requests will cost thousands of dollars, so I will have to list them in priority even though something like Mobile Site conversion would double the orders)

I suspect with On-Site SEO on Multiple pages (not just the one page I targeted for a few keywords) would drastically improve the rankings, as it is currently ranking literally on Meta Description/Tags alone.
 
Early days, and I need to see if these stick, but from nowhere, I now have the two supplied keywords on page 1! If these do stick then this is one of the best, most value for money packages available. I think I'll give it another couple of weeks and then find another site to try it on, just to prove it.

I waited 2 weeks before posting any results

Before buying the Package :

KW1: Nowhere
KW2: Nowhere
KW3: Nowhere

Now

KW1: Nowhere
KW2: Nowhere
KW3: Nowhere

No movement whatsoever :(
 
I bought a G garlic a month ago and there was a problem with the order and Bulger did the campaign again for a new URL i sent and sent me the report

UPDATE:

Rankings STILL holding strong! Maybe down 10-15 spots but all around they are pretty much the same #'s after the boost. Normal ups and downs lately with the updates. But still my overall rankings are up by an incredible amount and most importantly, steady!.. Highly, highly recommended. This was done on the 3rd. It's now the 16th. I will testify again, this is a great service.
