Ok wanted to leave a full review for OP's service. Although there was a delay in the report, I can sympathize with OP, have had problems with things like this is in the past myself. Overall though the story was great for the price, the distribution report shows some solid web sites it was distributed too. I believe a serp increase I had was directly related to the press release, one of my main keywords went from position #25 to #15 within 24 hours of the press release. I would use this service again and recommend it.

I ordered this service and here is my review...

The first thing that I really like about this is that it really is a true white hat strategy. Its not spun content that doesnt make any sense. It is real content that really promotes a business.

I just got my report back and although it has only been one day, I can see that the story is quickly getting distributed when I do a search in Google, it is getting tweeted and re-tweeted as well.

I did 2 keywords:

Before
Keyword #1: 13
Keyword #2: 43

After
Keyword #1: 7
Keyword #2: 35

I think I will continue to see them rise as this reaches its full potential. It also gave some great relevant backlinks with high PR.

Update :
