As with the geo location SWIP, it depends on the geo location database that's being queried. There are several different geo location database as you know. Each of these providers maintain their own database. So the location info may vary from provider to provider. This is how all the proxy servers IPs function.

I bought 10 proxies yesterday. 3 proxies fail Google test in Scrapebox plus all of them fail IP test.
I send the message through help desk yesterday- no response so far.
Instead I got this message:

The average response for a ticket sent to billing department is 12 hours. And it looks like your ticket was received only a few hours back. I see that we had already responded to your ticket. You can always reach us over phone for instant technical support.
