These service is really poor, I buy it several days ago, but I get the report at 1 month later, and it gave me some blogs said I can post some articles, how ever, the user name and password can not work, I email them, but none answer me.

I am a nice guy. But your lack of communication is proving to be far too unprofessional for the likes of me. In lieu of these recent events, I would just like to say now that If you are even 1 day over the TAT of 3 weeks, I will force a refund on Paypal for non-delivery. Make sure you meet that deadline, it is November 2nd. If you don't get me my links by then, no dice!

We do apologize but we have had a large amount of orders come through but this is quality work and any messages so far we have responded. Compensation will be given and again we do give quality work but are a little behind.

Khanna's (the OP's) last activity on BHW was yesterday (29 Oct) around 3:00 p.m. forum time.

And yes, I'm having the same issues with the service and have with every order I have ever placed with him.

Three orders still outstanding:
1 order Placed 19 Sep
2 orders placed 25 Sep

No reports. No reply to Client Support's emails sent after the due date. No nothing.

Ridiculous.


A shame, as well, since the results are usually pretty good. This is rendered meaningless, however, by the fact that the promised TAT is never even close and communication is abysmal. Were I a betting man I'd say that nearly all of the link structure of these packages is outsourced and/or his team (if there is a team) is virtual, and OP is therefore at the mercy of them. In any event, I will never be ordering this service again: I can get the same or better results for the same price or cheaper from OP's competitors with none of the frustration.

UPDATE:

Just made contact with OP and he says he's on it and will deliver soon. He is also giving me a free Trinity package for the inconvenience this whole situation has caused.

If you want to do business with a reputable, customer service oriented company - Don't use this provider!

I have sent an email, a PM and made a post but have still not received any information about my order. On November 25th they said I would receive the information in a few days. That's almost 2 weeks ago. I don't care if this is the best service ever offered, since they can't be bothered to communicate with their customers, I will never do business with them again.
