There is EVERY reason to confirm orders! This is a minimum requirement of Customer Service. You can have the best product in the world but if you do not care to communicate with your customers you are doomed to failure. I hope you learn from this and we all benefit from excellent results. Right after every payment, every customer can see thank you page where we say "thank you for order" and to white list our email address. Then our autoreposner is sending you email with the same message.
It's very strange that few of you didn't see that page and that email.

2) Op asks his client to PM his link or write it down publicly - how unprofessional is that?

I didn't ask anyone to write URL publicly and as you can see from all SERP reports I posted, keywords and URLs are removed.
I know very well how to protect your privacy and projects.
If I asked publicly "what is your site URL", it means "send me PM with your site URL".

3) Internet connection problems? It`s not 1997 anymore there is internet everywhere in Spain and I am 99 percent sure that you have a smart phone with you. Think of a better excuse next time.

I was on boat trip working on very big international IT meeting that was on yacht. There suppose to be internet connection but some days it was very slow.

4) I ordered 30 days ago but noticed no movements...nothing.

Hi we set up a Google alert for the 4 websites that you are supposed to be working on for us.
To be brutally honest, I rather suspect that you have only done any work on one of them.

That is the only site that triggered any alerts, and the only one that has had any movement.
I hope I am wrong and that you will be able to provide some evidence that you have done the work we paid for.

I have sent you emails and pm's and had no reply.
If for whatever reason you havent done the work on the other 3, please refund me for them.

It would be a real shame, as you got good results on the first website, and your service sounded
very good from your description and the results you claimed to be getting for your customers.
I hope that this will be resolved and we will get the results we are looking for and will be able to
continue using your service.

Google alerts it not designed to check backlinks at all. There are many SEO tools/services design for this purpose but Google Alerts is not.

As we talked via PM, I explained you why some of your projects didn't rank well.

For anchors we use combination of generic anchors like "click here", "read more"...
