Hi BlueSaphire.

I live in a country (Madagascar) where paypal doesn't allow credit cards and my paypal account's country is Madagascar.

So, do I have to create a new paypal account with country = France for example, and then buy 1 of your VCC for France and have that new France paypal account verified and all limits raised?
In fact, I already have a paypal French account because I was a student in Paris/France the last 11 years (2000-2011) where I registered for at least 4 FRench Paypal accounts. Can I just verify 1 of them for example?

If it's possible, Your VCC service is perfect for my situation.

To sum up:

- do I have to create a new paypal account with country = France?
- Do I just use 1 of my existing france paypal accounts?
- or can my madagascar paypal account also be verified by your VCC? (since you say it works for ALL Countries, except US/UK/CAN)

countries where paypal isnt supported people create account of another country and verify it with vccs
if u already have french accounts then its good check its status if not limited then buy vcc and verify it no need to create new one but if account status is limit then u cant use it create new one of any supporting country as u suggest france

I need a VCC. I added you on Skype.

I tried to make the payment via PayPal to the e-mail address from the first post, it doesn't work.
 
It's done. It took like 30 minutes from posting to this thread to getting a PayPal account verified. Way to go. Very pleased.

Can your vcc card be used for payments after paypal verification is done?
