I need help to verify my Australian Paypal. Just few days ago i logged in from another IP. Than Paypal asked me to change my Password and Security Questions Answers. I did change both. But now they are asking me to add Credit Card. I've some money there. So i want to verify it. I guess VCC can do it. So, whoever can give me a VCC for that will be a big help.

So, if anybody can help me, please help and let me know how much i've to pay for it, though i cant pay a lot.
