I understand that, however after having signed up with your company, my websites have been down 5 times, my emails were blocked by spamhaus and are now going straight to Junk folders based on the integrity of the mail server IP.

I just think potential customers should be aware that you are providing hosting to people on a blackhat forum, which means that the majority of your customers will be mass mailing etc which damages the reputation of the mailserver IP.

Today the CPanel license was suspended - it has now been re-instated, however I can no longer access the cpanel and none of my email clients are connecting to the server.

Let me just summarise the issues I have had below since signing up with this host:

Websites have been down 4 times for >24 hours
Website have been down countless times <24 hours
Mail server IP has been blacklisted meaning all my emails went to junk
CPanel not being re-newed
Numerous email server issues.

My next invoice is due in a few days, needles to say I will not be renewing your service, and I think you need to keep a closer eye on who you are letting host what on your server, because it's only a matter of time before less "tech savvy" clients realise your IP neighbourhood is poor and leave.
