Could you please check into my support ticket (Ticket #672090)? It's been well over 8 hours and I'm still waiting on a response. I tried live chat and didn't receive a response. I'm also still waiting to be added on Skype. I posted here as a last resort.
All of my SEO projects have been halted because of this issue. The support response time is usually fast so I'm hoping my ticket was just accidentally overlooked.

Huge thumbs up for this place. I was a little hesitant to order because of something I had read here previously, but I took a chance and grabbed one last night to demo it and it's a really nice server so far. I ordered the server, got my activation email almost instantly, and was on the server less than 15 mins after paying for it. Excellent speed as well too, I'm happy to say I'm pleasantly surprised at how fast this VPS is all around. I can write a more detailed review after having it longer, but between how fast it is both in a speed test, and just when you're on it working, I wanted to stop in and drop a line saying so. Here are some basic differences:
#SSD:
- It stands for Solid State Drive
- These are modern type of drive which doesn't have rotating disk, hence they have faster read & write speed.
- They are very costly in the market, hence the available disk space is very low compared to the normal hard drive space available with VPS.
#VR:
- It stands for Velociraptors.
- These are traditional drives which has rotating disk, they have huge amount of storage space but are very slow as compared to SSDs.
- They are very affordable as compared to SSDs.
So Ideally, if you are looking for high Read & Writing Speed, you should go with SSD but if you are looking for high amount of storage space then go with Velociraptor. But if your budget permits you for higher SSD disk space then you can always add extra SSD disk space from the Addon when you are making your purchase.
