To be honest, the answer to that question really varies on the type of links you'll be creating. I would advise you to go with Velociraptor One to begin with and if you feel like you need more resources then you can upgrade at any point of time. We provide you upgrades on pro-rata basis.

Now my question is: There is windows running right? So i can run any tool i want on it, correct? Also, there is some kind of a remote desktop control coz otherwise i wouldnt be able to run it? Did I understand correctly?
If so, i'd be interested to rent one of the VPS
