Hello,

We recently sent out an email to each and every customer that we had a huge power failure at the datacenter. The datacenter had a total of 5 backup power supply and all of them went down in a row which was quite a shocker for us as well. The whole datacenter was in darkness for a while and everyone is working very hard to get everything up and running.

90% of the servers are already backed up while the rest of 10% were on Circuit C which is currently being worked on. We have been constantly communicating with everyone and sending out emails with updates.

Nothing has changed, regarding captcha sniper not working, I guess it's probably due to some other reason. Can you please submit a ticket and we can help you investigate the issue as long as it's related to the server it will get sorted out.
