Hmm I'm not trying to be an asshole but I'm very disappointed by the vps that I've received... a simple campaign in Sick takes 4 times more than usual also the server is getting clogged from time to time without running anything.

Did you submit a ticket? because you won't get support on the forum. Unless and until I can look and investigate, it's impossible to get to know the real issue.

Last time couple people complaints about server crash, I did some investigation and found out that Captcha Sniper had memory leak issue which was then fixed after I reported the developer of Captcha Sniper (If you are using Captcha Sniper then make sure to use the latest patch).

So it's not always the host which has the issue, most of the time it's the software.

It's up and running for the moment, I've clearly mentioned that no software was running when the server clogged...my intention was to start up a software but the machine didn't respond (I've tried searching for task manager but 0 results appeared when it should instantly display a list of programs).

I've purchased the same plan(1gb ram) from 4 different sources and yours is the lowest performing and also the most expensive one (I had higher expectations since the price is $15 higher than the rest).

I have submitted a ticket and your answer:
"Please place a support ticket through your client portal using registered email address with us. So, we can assist you in better way."
- all the server details provided, my email address... WTF?

I ain't sure who told you the servers are located in India, you probably have some kind of misunderstanding.

I did a speedtest on your server and was getting 378Mbps of download speed and 451Mbps of Upload speed, if you call that slow then you won't find a faster VPS than these one. You were probably using the wrong server to test your speed.

Regarding support, I am personally online for almost 24x7 apart from my staffs etc. I doubt if you ever contacted me via Skype or even BHW PM.

Hey, make sure you are using the latest version of Captcha Sniper because last time I checked, you were using the buggy version of Captcha Sniper which had memory leak issue.

The main server node has never gone down for even a second as of now.

I've also requested feedback as to why my VPS goes offline and I'm unable to access at least once a week over the past month. Fortunately, for me I've decided to check it often otherwise I'd never know when it is down. I asked for feedback when I submit my tickets to see if it is something that I'm doing to cause this. The past couple of times I didn't get a direct response but apparently they went in and reset my VPS because I will randomly check some time after submitting my ticket and I'm able to get in. But all my programs are shut down!

I'm running GSA SER, GSA SEO Indexer & Captcha Sniper X. Service has been running ok when up but very unreliable in my opinion.

Not too sure about the India comment, but unfortunately have to agree about the poor performance. It's been a terrible month to be honest. I was unable to use my server for a week or so, due to the migration. The migration is now complete, and my server is dog slow. I understand the server is hosted in the US, and i'm in the UK, so it's never going to smooth, but it's worse then it was previously. Since the migration, there's about a 3 second delay between me actually clicking on something, and the job actually getting done on the screen, i'm now getting disconnected from the server, and when i do get disconnected, i'm unable to connect again for a short while.

Hit me up on Skype and I will personally look into your issue to checkout what exactly the issue is because my other UK customers are loving the new speed.

Hello D. The new servers are located in Chicago (Few of them) and LA, but I guess yours is located in LA, so make sure to pick a LA server on the speedtest.net which supports 1000 mbps Network port testing.

Also, if for any reason, you are picking up the wrong servers to test then, hit me up a PM and I will do some tests for you and leave it for you to check on your VPS.

This is not because the service or VPS is unreliable, this is because most of the people still haven't updated there Captcha Sniper and they are using the older version of it which has a huge memory leak issue, this is why the VPS gets stuck because it starts using the unused memory.

So, it's very important to keep your softwares updated as 90% of the time, it's the software which creates the issues.

Here is Uptime Result for one of the Main Nodes after the migration ( Different node might have different date since the migration for couple of servers happened +/- 2-3 days, so none of the server has been down for even a single second )

Regarding some of the people having VPS crash issue, it could be due to a lot of factors ( Software memory leak issue, buggy windows patch while Updating/Installing, trying to overload the VPS, Virus, Malware.. etc). I can't comment anything unless I personally investigate and run few various test.

I found that issue when I started investigating and it has already been reported to the developer. Just make sure to update your CS with the new version and it will be all good to go

Firstly, you choose the wrong server to do your speed test. I have already posted the screenshot of new location so make sure to select the correct location.

Secondly, we never overload our server. We don't have more than 5-6 VPS per server. These servers are monster.

Third, if you are on Hyper-V Lite plan, how could you expect to get 3xCPU?

Regarding crashes, time and time again whenever I investigated a customer's VPS I found that they weren't using the updated version of Captcha Sniper which has a huge memory leak issue.

One of the customer even claimed that it was updated but when I checked manually it wasn't.

Finally, PM ME me your email address so that I can verify that you are a genuine customer and I can personally address your issue.

Your VPS details were already emailed to you. The normal Delivery of VPS varies from 1-24 hours.
