Question, I'm looking for a new VPS provider and my concern is that you would issue me an IP that has been absolutely abused by the last user.
Can you assure me that I can get an IP that has not been destroyed by another user? By that I mean, abused, banned by major services, black listed, etc.

UPDATE: We are currently getting enormous amount of orders and to meet up the demand, we are in a process of adding more servers, configuring and visualizing it.
So, the recent orders (for the next 2-3 days until the new servers are all configured), the delivery time for the servers will be affected for the next 2-3 days.
