My Review:
I purchased the Hyper-V Pro plan with the current config:
3.2GHz Intel Xeon E3-1230 (4 Cores)
4GB RAM
140GB HD
1GBPS Port
This thing is fast! It scores an 8370 on Passmark which is more than enough for running intensive SEO programs. I am able to run XRumer no problems with around 800 to 1000 LPM on a scraped LinksList. For those wondering, 4GB of RAM is plenty; I have yet to go past 40% RAM usage.
I plan on running Scrapebox and XRumer side-by-side along with many other programs such as UD or AMR. Therefore, I needed a powerful server. The network speed has been incredibly fast and I have yet to notice any issues. The CPU is definitely the bottleneck for the 1GBPS port...If you want more than 1000LPM on XRumer you will definitely need a more powerful server (as if this isn't fast enough).
PowerUpHosting on Skype has offered unmatched support and has addressed all of my questions and concerns. The server is running Windows Server 2008 R2 which is the newest and best Windows OS installment for servers. They use Microsoft's Hyper-V technology which ensures that your VPS resources will never be shared or allocated to anyone else. What you get is what you get.
For $100, the server cannot be beaten at all...I've been with 2 other companies in the past and nobody can compare for the price. If you need a reliable and fast VPS for a great price then PowerUpHosting is for you.

I was kinda confused about purchasing the server, as i have to run the software in like 100+ threads, I contacted OP on the skype and we had around 20-30 minute conversation and OP did reply to my question every time without any hesitation and finally I made a decision and I got the server, I ordered the server and within 1 hour I had my New VPS ride.
The speed of the server is blazing fast, Normally I have something like 600Mb Download / Upload which is quite high. If you are thinking to get the something that is fast then Poweruphosting is up for you. One thing I would like to say is that the support is top notch, I don't know when OP really sleep lol. He is always on the skype every moment.
A little review about the software, My BMD task of 1000+ submission was done in less than 30 minute which is not a normal thing, With previous VPS It was taking a lot of time something like 3-4 hours. With Wiki poster Software the best turn time i have got was 50 minute for creating account on more than 10000 websites, The proxies I used was not well quality, I bet it will reduce if you have got some good proxies.
Note that I use the Wikibomber, Scrapebox 2 multiple instance, BMD and AMR on the same time and this thing works really well.
So overall Performance of VPS: 10/10
