The mentions above say the support has been held up and I don't want to pay for no delivery.

In every case they have been answering their own questions and not using a VPN to hide their IP address.

Is simply not true, I never answer my own questions. Also, any thoughts on when AA will be updated so people can update the new software and continue to get a return on the investment spent. Thanks,
