I reviewed the big authority package. Chad was kind enough to do lots of back and forth on the KWs selected (as I'm picky). After finding something that would work, it took about a week to get my site up and running. The article quality is good and the site looks clean (he's using CTR theme). One plus is that Chad is very concerned with communication and would give me updates regularly as to his progress with the site.

are the EMD with or w/o Hyphens?

Is the Adwords competition for the keywords High, Medium or is it low?
Are the kw Seasonal or brand names etc?

Do the sites have a contact, privacy etc pages?

I'm new to IM and currently looking into MNS and AdSense as a solid method of passive income, so this looks like a really promising way to get started. I assume I'll be able to put my AdSense code onto the site I purchase and will start to generate income from it? Or is there a regular level of maintenance that I'll be doing to keep the site profitable? I apologize for the noobish questions, just making sure I learn everything I need to know before getting into this. Thanks!!
