Local Exacts: 1000
Google Search Network: 1300
CPC: $1.00

Definitely a writable keyword although monetizing may be a bit difficult. In my opinion it is not a seasonal keyword, but it will more than likely receive more searches during a certain season. The extra longtails will definitely make this site an easy one to expand. Time to buy a domain, set up WP, and start writing some articles!

I look forward to leaving my second review after a month of the site being set up and running Adsense.

thanks for your review :) , but you said "monetizing may be a bit difficult" well i doubt your keyword may high or medium adwords competition with CPC $1 and decent search count with secondary related keywords can target for more traffic sure it's adsense profitable , and you said "my opinion it is not a seasonal keyword" well judgement for this don't depends on opinions you need to check google trends/insight and you will see continuous curve ;)

Hey trustedfire9, I meant nothing bad by my post. I understand it is a medium adwords competition and honestly it is more of an environmental keyword. I just have to hope WWF & PETA like bidding on these. My opinion was just that- not seasonal which backs up your thread. I did check the trends and insights for the term and they were inconclusive for the EMD. Regardless you have a great service man and for 10 bucks a keyword it is extremely cost-effective.

Remember, it was just a positive review buddy.

you should check for US and it will be clear continuous curve :)

I would like to buy another 5-10 soon i think but the price is bit expensive.

Are this domains making any money?

1k is very low, that 1000 gets split in 10 so you can get 3-4 visitors a day depending on your position.

of course it's profitable , i have sites 1k+ searches and making money and you
will receive related keywords usually 500+ Exact searches each so you can
build authority site around for more traffic and money :)

thanks , glad you like it about prices if you know about the efforts to find keyword like this with solid criteria you will pay $20+ ;)
