Just made 10+ more orders with David. Been using his service for about 4 months now.

I have 11 sites, local service, in big city (2 million+ people). Each site targets a different area/town within the city that has at least 30k people. There's plenty of traffic and competition in these towns.
None of the sites is older than 6 months.
Results:
8 of the sites are on the first page (ranging from positions 1 thru 9). I used either Basic package or the 2.0 Explosion. So far I've spent no more than $35 on 6 sites and $70 on two of my sites. I plan to use the service regularly.
Before ordering the packages, the sites were stuck on pages 7-11.
Very good ROI already.
The 3 other sites are brand new. They're currently buried. I'm confident the order I just placed will help lift them to the front page.
These links seemed to help google local results as well. A couple of my sites sit atop the 7 pack without any citations, or google+ reviews. Amazing actually. For the more difficult areas, I'm sure a few reviews and a few citations will lift them to #1 easily.
I don't know about other sites, but for a local business site I can't recommend the service highly enough. No penalty, no drop. Steady gains.
