2. At least 1 year, we are doing constant updates (even 2 / week) so even if Pinterest changes, PB will work

You cannot use it on 100% autopilot.
I mean you can follow users for example, and set delays and select accounts you want to follow users with.
Or pin/repin/comment/like, but what do you mean autopilot?

You can set the repin link in the settings:
"When repin change pin link to:"

If you want to set individual repin link to every item, you need exclusive version, else, use the feature I described above

1. You can schedule in Content Poster only (schedule posting, pinning, commenting, liking your own pins)
2. Well you manually add the image link and set a description
