Is this the normal way you do business? I have placed an order and posted in your thread and even after 3 days, you haven't even sent a single confirmation about my order. Nothing about the receipt of the order nor delivery time.

We don't sent confirmations, usually when you complete the payment you get redirected to a website that is saying we have received your order and to expect review within 5 business days.
