I built a site about a year ago, and got it ranked to #1. It's for One Keyword, and has around 100k exact. Reasonably competitive term. I forgot about, and basically threw some stupid spammy links at it ages ago just testing out another service. Got slapped, -100 penalty. Was ranking somewhere around the 150 mark. Bought a Vitamin D, the day the report arrives I'm at #3 for AU (60k exact) and #5 internationally (100k exact). VERY IMPRESSED. I've never had this type of a result after buying 20+ services off BHW. Especially for the price, just insane. Will be using this on practically every site I build upon launch, or anything I ever cop a penalty on.

You say I need to supply a three keywords but I'm only really targeting 2 keywords on my home page. Is ok to just have one primary and one secondary keyword?

Hey Mate, This is actually better and I personally recommend people use less keywords as it will get more ranking power to each keyword the less you use. So yes this is perfectly fine.
