Let me tell you, if you want to design or buy banners THIS is your guy.

Talked the entire time on skype with him, had them for me in less then 24 hours, and very professional looking work.

Just got a really nice banner made by Oalddesign.

I spoke to Oladdesign at 12 this afternoon giving him some details on what I was after, one hour later I had a brand new professional looking animated banner ready to be used for my advertising campaign.
