What is the return policy on this one?
I bought this thinking it would work fine but its so buggy that its irritating to use and just now i let it run and it skipped all the sites in a submission list although previously it worked fine doing that?
So... I am looking for a refund...
I can't spend time chasing software that doesn't work as its meant to.
Please advise of your REFUND POLICY and how to go about it.

Anyone actually getting this to work...?
I haven't gotten it to work and I've emailed Andrew since 3/31/12 and haven't gotten a response.
Have checked their forum and the most recent threads and comments are spam. These guys aren't even on their forum.
Supposedly a 60 day refund policy but haven't been able to reach them...

I am in the same boat as above.
No response... their 60 day refund looks like the software... basically its a sham.
If you are going to buy this software ... don't as it hardly works and when it does it's patchy at best.
One more 'learning' about the ins and outs of internet scam marketing to chalk on the board for myself.
Don't be a victim like the rest of us bunnies.

You have not sent in a support request so how do you expect us to help you out?
All refund requests are honoured if a support ticket has been issued for one...

Now on to some less newbnews...
The next version will include Youtube and a lot of the other bigger sites. It is just going through testing now. Some of the local companies who we have tested it on are very happy with it so far. We will keep everyone updated!!

I submitted tickets and even have emails from you but as soon as I requested refund you stopped communicating. I can even paste here the replies I got. No wonder my Norton refused your software as after much searching a Trojan was found in your program. Oh well I have advised my bank and they are taking the steps to recover my money.

Guys, if you don't hear from me we have 100% dedicated support through our support ticket system. Shea and our support team are on their Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (and keep in mind we are closed Weekends and long weekends.) Most of the moaning on here happens from people posting a ticket Thursday afternoon on a long weekend, not hearing anything by Saturday and loosing their smart yet ticked off minds! We have Canadian holidays and I do appreciate they do not always coincide with American ones...
As we have proven over the last year and one half, refunds are ALWAYS processed. You don't want or need our software, do not worry, you will get your money back. REMEMBER we will not give money back to those who have reversed engineered our tampered with our software, (not going to say names, but you know who you are. )
I also heard from our support department that skype session after skype session as been done with those needing an extra hand. Need a skype sessions? Ask for it in our support ticket center.
Finally, I will be quieter here for a little bit while I pound out Version 1.11. Can you live without me for a bit?

We do not accept paypal, but we are looking into other payment methods. If you are interested monty82, we will accept Western Union, but there is a 100% no refund policy on this method, so if you want Video Marketing Robot, be sure you are sure that you will always want it as a tool in your marketing arsenal.

further to my last email. I added vmr to Norton, not as the yahoo link said as it was out of date. Norton STILL removed it despite having tried frequently and also trying different terms for the vmr.
I cannot use it like this nor can I install it every time and switch off Norton every time to run vmr as you suggested.
I have tried but at the end of the day I would like a full refund please

How come you don't use paypal for payments? It's kinda hard to send money using Western Union from my country.
I'm really interested on VMR, despite all the complaints and bashing post in here or previous threads.
I see a great potential on VMR. However, i need to try it first (the 30 days refund guarantee) before i made my final verdict on the software.

Sadneck u are saying that u will add new high authority sites but does the current database of sites have a good success rate of posting like 40-50%?As many users are saying they r not even been able to create accounts..Can you plz clarify what the current success rate of posting?

The current database has a HIGHER than 50% success rate if the videos you are submitting meet the site's standards. I have recently submitted some videos and am getting over an 80% success rate on accounts I have created almost a year ago but it can vary for sure!
In regards to people posting that they can't even create accounts, I say they are doing something wrong... I have personally helped a few people out who have had the same issues through our support system as well as through Skype sessions. Most of the time the problem is with the username or password being too short, too long, no numbers, etc., and errors will occur. When people use the support system we have in place though, we are able to help them out and even go as far as offering one-on-one Skype sessions to make sure everything is going well!
Youtube and a few other high authority sites are coming in version 2 which is FREE to everyone who has purchased in the past. This update is coming middle of July. Stay tuned to our email list for more updates and videos of it in action.
Onto Paypal... Paypal can screw so many people over and they have so many times in the past. They pretend to be a bank but simply are not. Beanstream is run by Canada's largest banks and offers far more protection for the purchaser, as well as the seller. If anyone wishes to run a good business online, the faster they move away from Paypal the better! Also, spur of the moment buyers also do spur of the moment refunds and tend not to have enough time to truly understand the power of our Video Marketing Software. Spending time on mastering Videos will only help you in the future especially with Google's new panda update.
