Of course! Google Frontier has worked out extremely well on micro niche sites. Sorry mate, this won't work with adult sites at all. The web 2.0s such as Squidoos, hubpages etc. are moderated pretty frequently with sharp spam filters so adult stuff aren't even getting published. Even if they do, they won't last long.
