or stuck at "gathering Users to Message"

I must do something wrong. I read the guidelines and put 10 messages to send per account

i have found that when i click "Hit entire Site" and male, wont send anything
I changed to Custom Search and got blocked at Sent Message #34.
Should i lower the # of message sent per account ? i put 50

I bought a copy for $100, all though i still have not used it (kinda busy with other projects), but his support seems quite good as whenever i pmed him in yahoo messenger, i got his reply within 10-15 minutes and he seems very supportive and helpful. I would surely use the software and will leave a review after the holiday season.
