Rajiv is a good guy, so far I have like 2500 accounts banned but he refill at $0 for me.

Though sometime I have to wait him to get the account ready ,but consider that he still refill even thou my account was brought near a month ago and he get $0 for his refill policy.

I think if the job was done by someone else, they probably won't refill you after your banned + youtube been going strict.
