I just wanted to post a quick review of SerpBuddy (just in-case someone is thinking about trying the service).

Just want to say that I think its a fantastic service.

I am currently running expert package and have around 185 keywords loaded into several categories.

Everything runs really smoothly and the ranks are definitely accurate (at the moment Im using UK keywords only but have used several different countries and checked them against proxies as well as a few other keyword tracking softwares and I love the accuracy.

On top of this the reporting feature is also excellent.

In summary, keep up the good work guys. And anyone wanting to easily track several domains and/or keywords from an easy to access, available anywhere interface, you NEED Serpbuddy!

I've been using SB for quote some time, I think I must have over 30 of my own sites being track with the service and a further 200 sites ranging from clients to businesses/JV's I have running with other people on here.

I love this service, its pretty solid and gives spot on ranking positions and hasn't let me down to this day, it really is my right hand man when it comes to checking results.

The only thing I really wish they could do is to be able to show a client the rank reports without giving them login details. I know that some competitors do this already and I have tested them myself, infact I have left SB once or twice but end up coming back due to the tracking being so robust.

This is great, but what if I want to check the rank of a YouTube video? I can't because its going to pick up the first YouTube.com it sees which may not be my video.

On the lindexed banner part, you can't remove it as it's a part of a deal we have with that service.

On the inner pages part - You just need to add in the domain name - SERPBuddy does the rest for you. What it does is look for the keyword in the SERPs and grab the first page that's ranking the best for your keyword. If you have an inner page ranking, that's the one it will pull. You can hover over the ranks for Google to see exactly which page is ranking for that keyword (home page or inner page).



Sorry about that. Sometimes a bug comes to attention and needs to be fixed so you guys can enjoy a better service.

We now have one more feature for you guys, that will give you the ability to share your reports with anyone you wish.

You might have noticed the extra button next to each of your domains:

(last one on the right)

If you press that button, you will see a report generated only for that domain.

You can copy this URL and send it to anyone you want. They wouldn't need your log in credentials, and they wouldn't be able to change anything.

This is only a read-only feature.

Now you can give your clients a way to track their ranks real time, share your results on a case study or bookmark reports for the domains that interest you the most.

EDIT: I had to pause all rank tracking servers for testing and putting up the new feature, so please give them a few hours to catch up.

SERPBUDDY just gave me a HUGE scare. Is there a problem with the tool? I woke up this morning seeing almost all my personal sites losing their rankings only to see that they are still there when I check manually in different browsers and in different search engines. Anything up?

Sorry about that. We had a small glitch with last night's update, so I am working on fixing that for you. In the meanwhile, if you see your site's rank showing as n/a, that might not be the case. I'm working on fixing this as soon as possible.

Yup had that little panic mode myself, have to admit the support is quick at sorting it though

Oh. I thought you meant that that the N/A rankings are true. Anyway, some of the keywords have gone down 20 or so spots but they are still there in the former rankings. Is this included also? (manual checks say these are wrong)

My apologies to everyone who got stressed out thinking the n/a ranks were true.

There was an update from Google that matched our update, and that's why it took so long to fix it.

I am just getting the rest of the resources in place now that the code is fixed, and I'll start the trackers again in a couple of hours.

Thanks to everyone for understanding. We all know how things are with Big G, they love the updates.
