That mostly happens when the email associated with the account isn't the same as the email used in the payment. Please email support and we'll fix this issue for you.

Hey I know you guys are busy but any updates on the tracking? I am currently managing over 100 domains on Serpbuddy and need to know if this is going to be fixed soon as I manage a lot of client work and I still have keywords that haven't been updated for over a week now. I know you guys are working hard and thanks in advance.

We've done some upgrades and the tracking is faster now.

One feature I would like to request is this.
In the reports, only the domain is being shown for inner pages as well. Can you pls add the ability to show the URL in reports instead of the domain so that we can track inner pages easily.

We are doing some updates to fix that problem as it was pointed out to us that some accounts had this problem from June 26th.

We've had some problems with the latest Google updates and a lot of keywords dancing, but we are releasing fixes that should put an end to those problems.


The service will be down for an hour or so for some software and hardware updates. Please stay tuned.

There aren't any coupons available at this time.

We are working on an API with some basic functionality which you will be able to use. The ETA for this is middle of July or beginning of August.
