the problem is not at my end - every other software works perfectly - but yours crashes / can't connect and your server goes down constantly
it just depends what time of day it is.
also I'm not available at 2.00 am in the morning to speak to someone in China --- you guys are able to send me emails advertising your products
but you can't keep your damn server up - so I can use the product I paid for.

Just purchased this piece of crap today.......WOW, can you say "worst spinner ever"???
Stay far, far away from SpinnerChief. Holy fucknutz these people are scammers!
PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU BUY PEOPLE. Ask them for a 7 day free trial and then compare it to other spinners like Spinchimp or TBS. SEE FOR YOURSELF!! There is a reason why they don't have a money back guarantee or a trial of their full version (they have free version, but you can't test the software out with the limited functionality).
First off the software is complete crap. It's about as buggy as a condemned house filled with food! I use and have experimented with 100s of pieces of software over 8 years online and I must say, Spinner chief is the absolute worst. Support is just as horrible. You'll find a ton of developers making posts and contacting you via PM to give you discounts on SC, peddling it like a $2 hooker.
Spinnerchief also doesn't offer a refund. Once they get your money via paypal, your done!! I mean what legit software company these days (big or small) doesn't offer a 30 day refund OR a trial period?? Think about it! SC is a complete waste of time and money!
Some of the current problems listed (only a few, if I had more time there would be a list of over 25+ bugs)
1. Minor problem- Why do I keep getting the popup screen about using the trial version or paid version? That should be gone as soon as I'm authorized.
2. Minor problem- Why is the program asking me to download a thesaurus every single time I start it up? I realize it may need to update the cloud thesaurus, but that should be made to a button to click on the GUI OR EVEN BETTER, updated automatically once program has started. This just seems like bad programming and wasn't thought out properly.
3. MAJOR problem- SC runs at 45-55% cpu usage on idle. This is highly unnacceptable and is due to poor programming.
4. MAJOR problem- SC starts at 235,000K of memory usuage upon start. This should not be happening. Poor programming. Not even the most heavy, junky pieces of software I use like SENuke uses that much and it does 10X more. After 10 minutes or so, it even goes up to 350,000k. Unacceptable.
So these are the problems I encountered before I even start the program.......doesn't leave a good impression. Now here are the issues within the program itself.
4. scrape images - works, but very poor execution. None of the images every match the keywords. Pretty much useless for the time.
5. scrape videos- doesn't work at all.
6. mix scrape- only scapres articles. No images or videos.
7. Suggest keywords tool- pretty useless. If this is suppose to be like Google keywords tool, this is a FAIL! Only shows list of 1 word. No phrases. The rest of the columns are useless.
8. Your software doesn't have a "select all words and replace" feature that I've seen on other new spinners- Basically select a tag like {word1|word2|word3} and then have the software find all instances of the initial word and replace them all, throughout the article, with the chosen tag. Similar to your find/replace feature, but much, much better. Saves a lot of time.
9 . Minor problem- When you spin, the meter below doesn't really tell you how far or close you are within the spinning process. Always stays at 0% until it's actually done. Useless!!
10. Your Rules feature offers a great concept, but doesn't execute well. When I highlight a tag and the Rules popup displays, it will show me words that may fit BEFORE or AFTER the chosen tag. This is not useful. You NEED to separate this into 2 boxes so that you can choose words before the given tag and also after. It doesn't make sense the way it's setup now, since some words are not going to fit before the tag, but it may fit after it.
11. The Grammar AI doesn't seem to work very well. Tons and tons of sentences that are grammatically incorrect once spun. Yes, I did enable it. I still get the same garbage results with grammar as I would with any free spinner.
12. Enable Part of Speech doesn't seem to work well either. For instance, I highlighted a word "recall" which was used as a verb. What showed up at the top of the synonym list? Nouns!!! I had to scroll all the way down to find the verb instance. Seems to be very buggy. I found other instances of this too. Still seems to be in an extreme Beta stage.
On a lighter note....Spinchimp is tha "bees knees"!! I've used SC, TBS, and other spinners not worth mentioning. So far, Spinchimp has them all beat.

grafx -- well I came from TBS and I like it alot more than that -- SpinChimp never used it.
I own the lifetime here so I will keep using it -- I just get frustrated when the servers go down and I am in the middle of something .. and yes it happens
way to often for my liking .... but I'm still here battling away LOL.
