Oh, just read thread. Didn't know you posted that on the thread, so as mentioned in PM, dispute was per Paypal as why would I dispute something I 'just' placed an order for.
"PayPal is constantly monitoring site activity and reviewing transactions.This payment has been selected for review and we have opened an investigation."

As discussed, paid a 2nd time to get site going forward while waiting for Paypal to "review" their own dispute.

I think I just contacted all of you with your order statuses. I've only been able to login today. Anyway, for all existing orders with confirmed keywords, we have already finished your articles. The sites will be completed within a week. All orders with unconfirmed keywords have been replied to with potential keywords, except one person from skype (who I'll contact after posting this).

We'll finish your sites. Sorry about the delay.
