I am sure T0mmy would have sent you the welcome email.pls check your spam folder as lately quite a few of our customers have reported recieving mails in the spam folder.
Also, guys as for the on site reports, we are in the process of sending those and all new clients would be sent the onsite reports over the weekend. We are currently as well in process of sending the onsite emails.

Also, guys t0mmy is travelling for the next 3 to 4 days, so if you need anything drop me a pm and i will attend to it.
