I don't have much experience with Google +1's, but OP did offer me a review I just checked, and all the +1's have been delivered as OP stated. Turn around time was fast. After reading TheMatrix's review, it seems like sometimes, +1's don't stick, so I think that's going to be an important factor in judging the quality of this type of service. I'll try to report in a week or two as to whether the +1's have stuck or not.
