So long as you have an account, you can upload via proxy. There are plenty of non US citizens using this software.

Going through a proxy server will solve the non-us people's issues. You put in a proxy server and port (there is a field for these in the program) and it will connect you through the proxy to the main associatedcontent website.

I hear that for non us ppl you must submit tax form when reach US600. So do we avoid this as we don't have any us tax info. Can this prog help solve it.

This program only uploads articles. It is not elaborate tax-evasion software.

It does however make easy work of managing multiple accounts, which can be handy when accounts hit the $600 marker. Just open a new one.
